yesterday. I enjoyed every minute. I like days with parts, active and quiet,
people and alone, mental and not-so-much. Today I get a blood test and I have
high hopes for a number around 60. In spite of the low days, I know I am
getting better. All those beans, greens, and grains must be filling in the
empty places where I am storing new iron and calcium.
