Day 141
I will walk this morning wearing hat, scarf, and gloves. The
drippy fog is right down on the ground. Typical summer weather. I would not
trade it for a hot day. Sarah does good work for me. She loosened my shoulders
and they are down where they belong. Had a visit with Carol. Her trip to
Seattle helped her with information about her health. Sometimes having a name
for the symptoms helps. The rest of the day is open.
