Tidy house, good walk, social farmers’ market make for a
good day. Karen came and gleaned the peas. I think I’ll pull down the vines as
they are drying up at the root. I won’t plant any next year as I didn’t use
them well. I do like having a few vegetables growing in the yard. The chard and kale are doing OK. Both will
last into the winter. Today, walk and church. Maybe find something new to do.
